WISEN TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR

Warranty Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

At WisenRepair, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Limited Warranty Policy outlines workmanship coverage applicable to truck and trailer repair services performed by WISEN TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR ( “WisenRepair,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Limited Workmanship Warranty

WisenRepair warrants that repair work we perform will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the completion date of the covered repair, unless a different period is stated in writing on your invoice or work order. This warranty applies only to the original customer and is non-transferable unless we approve otherwise in writing.

2. What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, if a covered repair fails due to defective workmanship, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Re-perform the defective repair work
  • Repair or replace parts we installed that failed due to our workmanship
  • Provide another commercially reasonable remedy for the covered defect

3. Parts and Third-Party Components

Manufacturer or supplier warranties on parts, fluids, and accessories remain with those makers or sellers. We will reasonably assist with parts warranty claims when documentation is available, but parts warranties are not a substitute for this workmanship warranty and may have different terms.

4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by:

  • Improper operation, overload, or misuse after service
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by others
  • Accidents, collisions, fire, flood, or road hazards
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable items
  • Pre-existing conditions unrelated to our repair
  • Neglect, lack of maintenance, or continued operation after a known fault
  • Towing, downtime, rental units, cargo loss, or consequential damages

5. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact us before authorizing additional repairs elsewhere. You may be asked to provide proof of the original invoice, vehicle identification, mileage or hours, and a description of the issue. Diagnosis may be required before warranty approval.

6. Service Location and Related Costs

Approved warranty work is typically performed at our shop or by our mobile technicians within our normal service area. Unless otherwise approved in writing, customers are responsible for towing or transport to bring the unit to us when on-site warranty service is not available.

7. Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty may be considered void if the repaired system is altered without authorization, related components are removed or tampered with, required follow-up service is ignored, or damage is determined to be caused by misuse, abuse, or improper application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISEN TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR shall not be liable for downtime, loss of revenue or profits, towing expenses beyond what we expressly agree to cover, cargo loss, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from covered or uncovered repairs.

9. Changes

WisenRepair reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. The version posted on this website applies unless a written invoice or work order states different terms for a specific job.
