What to expect on your first visit

Before you arrive
Bring the unit details you have — year, make, VIN if handy, and a short note on the complaint.
If you are a fleet, tell us the unit number and who dispatch should hear from when the estimate is ready.
Inspection and approval
We confirm the concern, inspect, and call or text with findings before major work moves forward.
You get a straightforward recommendation: repair now, schedule follow-up, or park it until parts arrive. No surprise invoices for work you did not approve.
Ready for the next load
Whether you booked online or walked in after a roadside call, the goal is the same: honest diagnostics, quality parts, and a truck or trailer that is ready for the next load.
Contact the shop if you want to ask questions before you roll in.
