When to schedule preventive maintenance for your fleet

Why PM timing matters

Preventive maintenance is easiest to ignore when every unit is moving — and most expensive when one is not. For fleets and owner-operators running Canton-area routes, a predictable PM window is the difference between a planned bay visit and a roadside scramble.

Set the cadence

Start with the OEM interval for oil, filters, and safety items, then tighten the cadence if your trucks idle hard, haul heavy, or see a lot of short-haul stop-and-go.

Brakes, lights, tires, and air-system leaks deserve a fixed checklist every cycle, not only when a driver writes them up.

How we run PM at WisenRepair

At WisenRepair we treat PM as planned work: clear findings, quality parts, and a turnaround you can put on the board.

If you are overdue or unsure where to start, book a service request and we will help you line up the next visit.
